1. the CPE physical properties: the CPE has four properties: (a) a saturated structure, unparalleled key, so the molecule is stable, it has a heat resistance, ozone resistance and a weathering resistance, chemical resistance and low temperature resistance and flame retardancy thereof and the like . (2) CPE has two states: 1. Amorphous, with elastic rubber properties; 2. Moderately crystalline CPE has soft plastic properties. (3) There are polar and non-polar segments in the CPE molecular structure, so it has excellent compatibility, that is , when it is with polar molecules, the non-polar segments in CPE Works; on the contrary, the polar segments in the PCE work. (4) Another outstanding feature of CPE is that it can be filled with a large number of various fillers. For example, 100 parts of CPE can be filled with 300 parts of bentonite or 400 parts of TiO2. In addition, it can also be filled with calcium carbonate, talc powder, and magnetic powder. 

 2. Specific application of CPE

Because CPE has the above four characteristics, it has a wide range of uses.

(1) Application of CPE as the main material      

    According to a first characteristic CPE large and its resistance characteristics of bacteria and microorganisms, and to the HOPE PVC or the like or MBS modified, can be produced in an extrusion molding method: resistant tubing, pipe acid, waterproofing, Profile ；   

In addition, it can also be coated, injection molded, molded, laminated, welded, bonded, and machined.

 (2) CPE as plastic modifier    

1. Modification of PVC: It can promote the melting of PVC and accelerate the plasticization of PVC. (1) CPE-modified rigid PVC material can be extruded sheet, plate, profile, tube material, injection fittings, electrical components, calendered sheet and wallpaper.       

    (2) a modified semi-rigid or soft PVC, the plasticizer may reduce the amount of normal, reduced low molecular plasticizer migration to the surface, improving the texture and feel of the article, and secondary processing properties. After being modified by CPE, semi-rigid or soft PVC can be made into: (1) artificial leather, (2) wire, (3) hose, (4) gasket, (5) electrical tape, (6) adhesive tape, etc. .
